I am Yuheng, currently a graduate student at University of Michigan studying Design Science and UX Design. Unlike a lot of people in this field, I didn't immediately start university as a designer. I completed my undergraduate study in Shanghai Jiao Tong University major in Mechanical Enginneering. It is through project experience and internships that I gradually fall in love with design. Innovation from scratch, constant exploration and brainstorming always make me excited.

I have desinged a SaaS product design focucing on data visualization and interaction design for a startup company. I also have experience applying design thinking for a design consultancy.

I have experience in design for both consumer product and business products. In 2021 summer, I have two internships in Transsion for products to C and Microsoft for products to B.

Outside of design, I love skiing, photographing, and travelling.
